Football Fixture Grid is back
The fixture grid plotting Premier League and FA Cup fixtures is back for the new season. The basic concept is the same as last time, but I've automated much of the setting up process. This means that the whole season is available from day 1, although there's not much use beyond the end of November until TV games are announced.
As before, the grid shows when a team is playing. Sometimes it will show who they are playing (if there's only one match). I don't provide details of who is home and away because the fixture list is a heavily protected and expensive to licence commodity. Each of the team names on the left hand side are links to the BBC fixture page for that club. That way you can do your own research and decide how exciting a particular run of games is to the fantasy game player.

Twenty20 Quarter Final Re-scheduled
The date for the Durham vs Glamorgan Twenty20 Quarter Final has now been set for Tuesday July 22nd at 1730. The scheduled finish is 2015, however, in the event of unsettled weather there are a further 2.5 hours available under floodlights with a latest finish at 2245.
I'm not sure what happens if severe weather prevents any play. There would usually be a reserve day, but with a Pro40 match vs Somerset scheduled for the next day (hence the floodlight availability) it is possible that a result has to be obtained on the day.

New Cricket Stats
There are two new pages for cricket players today - Runs and Wickets. If you're targeting the runs or wickets side competitions then these will be just the ticket. Who are the batsmen taking wickets, or the bowlers scoring runs. Or even which batsmen scoring lots of points are doing so with runs rather than bonus points, catches or wickets.
Also, the cricket fixture grid now has it's own button on the left panel under the points, runs and wickets buttons.
